Answer to Writ of Garnishment, (Form D)

This Answer to Writ of Garnishment form is used by a garnishee who is the judgment debtor's employer.

1. Serve a copy of this form with the Writ of Garnishment (form B or C);
   
   
2. "Garnishee Defendant" fills it out and sends it to the court.

Whichever form is used (D, E or F), you'll need four (4) completed copies.
